Terms of delivery

 

 

1. Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Alaste´s Customer service.

 

 

2. Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 6 to 20 working days from the day the order was placed. (Most products; 3 to 6 workingdays). When buying downloadable products a e-mail with download links will be sent within 24 hours.

 

We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers.

 

 

3. Payment options

Payment is handled by our payment partner Paypal (www.paypal.com) to guarantee secure payments.

 

 

4. Freight

Freight cost is added to each order, independent of the number of products in the shipment. It is therefore more costefficient to order multiple products simultaneously.

 

Your products will be sent directly to your address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post-office.

 

 

5. Transportation

Alaste accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.

 

 

6. Return policy

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to Customer service or through a standard mail to: Alaste, Slånbärsgatan 12, S-722 23 Västerås, Sweden.

 

 

IMPORTANT! This does not apply to downloadable products. When you have paid for a downloadable product it can not be returned.

 

The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic needs to be unbroken). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice! You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

 

Alaste guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact Customer service at Alaste without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Customer service will take care of your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package (seal or plastic needs to be unbroken). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice.

 

IMPORTANT! You must contact Customer service before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid.

 

The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.

 

 

7. Non picked up goods

If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.

 

 

8. Price

All prices are without VAT. Note that in some countries you are obligated to pay VAT.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Alaste shall be governed by Swedish Law.

Alaste follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority.
